Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist /Treatment Coordinator to join our dental team. This vital role involves managing patient interactions, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure a smooth patient journey. Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly upon arrival and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage patient appointments efficiently, including scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming upcoming visits.
- Answer phone calls, respond to enquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the database.
- Assist with billing procedures and processing payments when necessary.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow throughout the day.
- Handle correspondence and organise paperwork related to treatment plans and patient files.
- Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organised, and professional at all times.
- Support other administrative tasks as required to optimise clinic operations.
Experience
- Previous dentally experience is required.
- Familiarity with healthcare or dental practice environments is essential.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and professional manner.
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and Dental software programmes.

Pay: £27,500.00-£35,200.00 per year
