- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Skills
- Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
- Strong food preparation skills with an understanding of culinary techniques
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing orders
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively
- Experience in serving customers with a focus on providing outstanding service
- Kitchen experience is an advantage, particularly in high-volume settings
