Double Vision Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Process Executive to support and enhance operational performance across the business.
This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys analysing workflows, improving processes, and working collaboratively with teams to drive efficiency and consistency. You'll play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping ensure business objectives are delivered effectively.
About the Role
As a Senior Process Executive, you'll be responsible for monitoring operational processes, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and helping maintain high standards across business functions.
Working closely with management and cross-functional teams, you'll contribute to process optimisation projects, performance reporting, and the successful implementation of operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, monitor, and improve existing business processes and workflows
- Support the implementation of operational improvement initiatives
- Analyse performance data and identify areas for increased efficiency
- Assist in the development and maintenance of process documentation and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve outcomes
- Support quality assurance and compliance requirements where applicable
- Track operational performance and prepare reports for management
- Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Contribute to project delivery and operational excellence initiatives
What We're Looking For
We're interested in candidates who:
- Have previous experience in operations, administration, process improvement, business support, or a related field
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Are confident using business systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications
- Take a proactive approach to improving processes and outcomes
Experience in business operations, project coordination, continuous improvement, quality assurance, or process management would be advantageous.
