We are looking for a Head of Digital Marketing who can take ownership of our digital marketing strategy and lead campaign performance across multiple channels. This is a senior role for someone who understands how to build strong campaigns, manage client expectations, and turn marketing activity into real business growth.
You will work closely with senior leadership, account managers, creative teams, and clients to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns that are clear, effective, and commercially focused. You will be expected to lead strategy, improve campaign performance, guide the team, and make confident decisions based on data and market insight.

Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Leadership:
Develop and lead digital marketing strategies across paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing, content, and campaign planning.
Campaign Performance:
Oversee campaign performance, analyse results, identify improvements, and make sure marketing activity supports client and business goals.
Team Leadership:
Support and guide marketing executives, campaign specialists, content teams, and external partners. Provide clear direction and feedback to improve team output.
Client and Stakeholder Management:
Work with clients, senior management, and internal teams to present strategy, explain campaign performance, and recommend practical next steps.
Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets, media spend, forecasting, and performance expectations to ensure marketing investment is used effectively.
Brand and Content Direction:
Support brand messaging, content planning, creative direction, and campaign positioning across digital channels.
Reporting and Insight:
Prepare clear reports on campaign performance, lead generation, conversion rates, return on investment, and growth opportunities.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
At least 6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, marketing strategy, agency marketing, brand growth, or a similar senior marketing role.
Leadership:
Previous experience managing marketing teams, campaign specialists, agencies, freelancers, or cross functional project teams is strongly preferred.
Digital Marketing Skills:
Strong knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, social media strategy, email marketing, content marketing, analytics, and conversion focused campaign planning.
Commercial Understanding:
You understand how marketing activity connects to revenue, lead generation, client retention, brand awareness, and long term business growth.
Communication:
You can explain marketing strategy clearly to clients, senior management, creative teams, and non technical stakeholders.
Problem Solving:
You are confident improving underperforming campaigns, handling client concerns, adjusting strategy, and finding practical solutions when priorities change.
Mindset:
You are strategic, creative, data driven, and commercially aware. You know how to balance strong ideas, campaign performance, client expectations, and business results.
Pay: £4,800.00-£6,200.00 per month
