Start your career in Brand Management
Are you a graduate who is commercially minded, curious about brands and excited by the idea of building products that people genuinely want to buy?
We’re looking for an ambitious Brand Executive to join our growing Brands team at Beam Group.
This is more than an entry-level role. It’s an opportunity to learn how successful brands are built, launched and grown in the UK – working alongside experienced brand managers, sales and marketing teams, retailers and some of the world’s leading premium consumer brands.
At Beam Group, we’ve come a long way since our beginnings in 1985. Today, we are a market-leading brand management and distribution business, working with premium brands across categories including small domestic appliances, air treatment and floorcare.
What will you be doing?
You’ll get hands-on experience across the full brand management process, developing the commercial, analytical and relationship-building skills needed to progress into a Brand Manager role.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting the management of our brands, helping with everything from commercial analysis and administration to retailer and brand partner relationships.
· Creating compelling presentations and sales materials that help our sales team successfully launch and sell our brands to major UK retailers.
· Analysing markets and competitors, identifying trends, opportunities and threats that could influence our brands.
· Supporting pricing and promotional strategies, analysing performance and helping us make commercially smart decisions.
· Working with our Marketing team to plan and deliver effective brand campaigns.
· Building relationships with our international brand partners, developing an understanding of how global brands are successfully managed in the UK.
· Supporting new brand launches and onboarding projects, helping bring exciting new products to market.
· Managing promotional plans, ensuring our sales team have clear visibility of opportunities across our brands.
· Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Operations to make things happen.
Where could this role take you?
We’re passionate about developing people and giving ambitious individuals the opportunity to grow.
The aim is for you to progress from Brand Executive → Junior Brand Manager → Brand Manager, taking on increasing responsibility for your own brands, commercial performance and relationships.
As you develop, you could progress to:
· Taking ownership of your own brands and becoming the key point of contact for brand partners.
· Managing brand strategy and performance within the UK.
· Owning brand P&Ls and profit targets.
· Leading commercial negotiations with international brand partners.
· Developing distribution and channel strategies.
· Creating and executing new product launch strategies.
· Working directly with major UK retailers to maximise sales opportunities.
· Leading projects and helping shape the future direction of the Brands team.
Ultimately, you’ll have the opportunity to become the commercial expert and internal champion for your own portfolio of brands.
Who are we looking for?
You don’t need years of experience – this is designed as a graduate opportunity.
We’re looking for someone with the attitude and potential to become a future Brand Manager.
You might be a great fit if you are:
Commercially curious – you naturally want to understand why products sell, what customers want and how businesses make money.
Analytical – you enjoy working with numbers, spotting trends and turning information into useful insights.
Confident and personable – you’re comfortable building relationships and communicating with different people.
Organised – you can manage multiple priorities and keep things moving.
Creative – you can think differently and enjoy finding new ways to present ideas and solve problems.
Ambitious – you want responsibility, want to learn quickly and are excited by the opportunity to build a career rather than simply find a job.
A degree in business, marketing, economics or a related subject would be useful, but we’re much more interested in your potential, attitude and desire to succeed.
Why Beam Group?
You’ll be joining a growing business where your contribution will genuinely matter.
You’ll work with recognised premium brands, gain exposure to major UK retailers and learn how commercial decisions are made across sales, marketing, operations and brand management.
Most importantly, we’ll invest in your development and give you increasing responsibility as you grow.
If you’re ambitious, commercially minded and want to build a career in brand management, we’d love to hear from you.
