At St Gemma's Hospice, we provide outstanding specialist palliative and end of life care, supporting patients and their families through some of life's most challenging times. We are looking for caring, motivated Registered Nurses to join our exceptional Inpatient Unit team and help us deliver the highest standards of specialist care.
Working within our specialist palliative care unit, you will care for patients with complex needs as part of a highly skilled and supportive multidisciplinary team. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, you'll have the opportunity to provide truly person-centred care while developing your expertise in a specialist setting.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be expected to:

Deliver outstanding nursing care to patients with complex palliative and end of life care needs.

Support and care for a designated group of patients within a 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio.

Work collaboratively with senior colleagues and the wider multidisciplinary team.

Build trusting relationships with patients and families through excellent communication and compassionate support.

Role model the St Gemma's values and behaviour framework.

Contribute to a positive, caring, and professional team culture.

Participate in rotational shift patterns including days and nights.
