The Daisy is currently undergoing an exciting renovation,and we’re pleased to announce that we’ll be back open with a fresh new look in mid/late September. As we prepare for this next chapter,we’re looking for an ambitious and inspiring Bar Manager to join the team and help bring the new Daisy to life.
The Role
As Bar Manager,you will take responsibility for the overall management and day-to-day operations of the bar,ensuring The Daisy consistently delivers an exceptional guest experience.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the bar’s identity,from creative drinks menu development and cocktail innovation to team training and development. You’ll lead from the front,maintaining and elevating our customer service standards while creating an energetic,welcoming and memorable environment for every guest.

About You
We’re looking for an inspiring hospitality professional who shares our vision and passion for the industry. You’ll be an experienced Bar Manager or Assistant Bar Manager ready to take the next step,with a strong understanding of what makes a great bar and the ability to bring people with you.
You’ll keep up to date with the latest industry knowledge,techniques and trends,while bringing your own creativity and personality to the role.
You will have:

Previous experience within a supervisory or management role in a high-quality bar or hospitality environment.

Solid knowledge of wine,spirits and cocktails.

A strong understanding of mixology,with a genuine passion for creating exceptional drinks.

A creative approach to menu development and a desire to continually evolve our drinks offering.

A good understanding of financials,GP maintenance and stock control.

The ability to motivate,develop and inspire a team,leading by example.

A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

A solution-focused,hands-on approach to challenges and problem solving.

Excellent organisation and communication skills,with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced,late-night environment.
