We are looking for a Trainee Specialist Cleaning Operative who is passionate, motivated and hardworking to join our sister company, R Cleaning Ltd.
The successful candidate will be based from our Head Office facility in Rubery, completing mobile specialist cleaning works at sites on a national basis.
This is a 24-hour per week role, with the opportunity for varied overtime. Due to the nature of specialist cleaning, the role will also include some evening and weekend work where required.
About the Role
This is a trainee position, so previous specialist cleaning experience is not essential. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided to develop the skills and knowledge needed to become a competent Specialist Cleaning Operative.
You will work alongside experienced members of our specialist cleaning team, gaining practical, hands-on experience across a wide range of specialist cleaning services.
The role will include training and involvement in areas such as:
- High-level and specialist cleaning
- Floor cleaning, treatment and restoration
- Flood and water-damage response
- Deep cleaning and one-off specialist cleans
- Use of specialist cleaning machinery, equipment and products
- Working safely across a variety of commercial environments
- Other specialist cleaning works as required
