About Us
Ref-Sol Limited is a growing refrigeration and air conditioning company providing professional services across the United Kingdom. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Logistics & Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our team and play a key role in supporting our day-to-day operations.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our scheduling and logistics operations using Joblogic software. You will oversee the planning and coordination of engineers and jobs across the UK, ensuring that work is allocated efficiently and completed to the highest standard.
This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and strong communication with both engineers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily scheduling of engineers and jobs throughout the United Kingdom
- Use Joblogic software to plan, monitor, and support the scheduling team
- Ensure jobs are allocated efficiently and completed within agreed timeframes
- Communicate with engineers, customers, and internal departments to resolve scheduling issues
- Monitor workloads, engineer availability, and job progress
- Support and improve operational processes to maximise efficiency
- Work closely with management to ensure service delivery targets are achieved
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics, scheduling, or an operations management role
- Previous experience as a Logistics Manager or within a logistics coordination role is essential
- Strong experience with scheduling and managing field-based teams
- Experience using Joblogic software is highly desirable (training can be provided for the right candidate)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A professional and positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
