Pay & Progression

We believe that hard work, reliability and productivity should be recognised and rewarded.
Your performance, productivity, attendance and overall contribution will be regularly monitored from the date of employment. Between the date of this advertisement and the Company's annual wage review in April 2027, there will be three scheduled performance and pay reviews.
These reviews provide employees with the opportunity to demonstrate their value to the business and be considered for wage increases based on:
- Productivity and output
- Quality of work
- Attendance and punctuality

- Teamwork and attitude
Employees who consistently perform well and make a positive contribution to the team may be rewarded with pay increases during these review periods rather than having to wait until the annual wage review.
