HEAD TRAINER – THEWEEKENDING
We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and motivated Head Trainer to join our Leadership Team.
This is a self-employed role combining group coaching with leadership, trainer development and club operations.
THE ROLE
- Deliver a minimum of 10+ group fitness classes per week
- Approximately 5+ hours per week of paid leadership/admin duties
- Lead, mentor and provide regular feedback to our coaching team
- Onboard and support new trainers
- Coordinate trainer rotas and class cover
- Conduct member consultations and progress check-ins
- Maintain high coaching, safety and studio standards
- Contribute to our strength and hypertrophy programming
- Support member retention, community initiatives and club events
- Contribute to Leadership Team meetings and club development
PAY & BENEFITS
Group coaching: up to £50 per class
- £35 base rate for up to 14 participants
- +£2.50 per additional participant
- Maximum £50 per class
Leadership/Admin: £15 per hour
Personal Training:
- Keep 100% of your PT income
- No gym rent or commission
- Priority access to 1:1 PT enquiries
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Qualified and experienced fitness coach
- Strong knowledge of strength training and muscle building
- Confident leading and developing other trainers
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organised, reliable and proactive
- Passionate about creating an inclusive and motivating environment
- First Aid/CPR certified
