The normal working days will be Wednesday to Saturdays
Duties
- Assist qualified pharmacy staff with dispensing medications accurately and efficiently
- Prepare prescription labels and package medications following established protocols
- Support medication administration processes by ensuring correct dosages and patient details
- Provide friendly and professional assistance to patients, answering basic queries and guiding them through pharmacy services
- Maintain organized records of prescriptions, inventory, and patient interactions
- Help with stock management by checking medication supplies and reporting shortages or discrepancies
- Uphold safety standards and confidentiality in all aspects of pharmacy operations
Experience
- Previous experience in a healthcare support role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong commitment to patient care with excellent communication skills
- Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately and work effectively as part of a team
- Enthusiastic about learning new skills within the pharmacy environment
