We are looking for an energetic Sales & Events Coordinator who can take ownership of our trade shows, client tastings, and event operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute brand activations, industry trade shows, consumer tastings, and promotional events across the region.
- Sales & Account Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, client inquiries, sample distribution, and account management admin.
- Logistics & Inventory: Manage event materials, promotional inventory, and logistics to ensure seamless execution on-site.
- Client & Vendor Relations: Act as a primary point of contact for venues, event partners, caterers, and clients during preparation and live event execution.
- Lead Tracking & Reporting: Follow up on event leads, track attendee engagement, and maintain accurate records in the sales CRM.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in event planning, sales coordination, hospitality management, or marketing support.
- Skillset: Strong organizational ability with a knack for managing multiple event timelines simultaneously without missing the details.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to pitch ideas, coordinate suppliers, and build client relationships.
- Tech & Logistics: Proficient with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, or Google Workspace, paired with a valid driver’s license for event mobility.
- Mindset: You are proactive, adaptable, and pragmatic. You thrive in social settings, love solving live event challenges on the fly, and take pride in turning leads into lasting business relationships.
Pay: £26,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
