Our client is a well-established and financially secure Building Services contractor with an annual turnover of approximately £60m. They have built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality Mechanical & Electrical projects across the Commercial, Industrial and Care Home sectors, with individual project values reaching up to £5m M&E.
Due to continued growth and a strong order book, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Contracts Manager to take ownership of two flagship projects located across East and South East London, with a combined M&E value of approximately £6m.
As Electrical Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of both projects from a commercial, operational and programme perspective.
This is a senior-level position where you will oversee project teams on site while maintaining close communication with clients, consultants and senior management.
Key responsibilities include:

Managing the electrical delivery of two live projects valued at £6m combined

Leading and supporting Project Managers and Site Managers across both sites

Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget

Maintaining strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles

Monitoring labour resources, subcontractor performance and procurement schedules

Attending progress meetings and providing regular project updates

Driving quality standards and ensuring successful project handovers
We are keen to speak with experienced Electrical Contracts Managers who have:

Proven experience delivering M&E or electrical projects within the commercial, industrial or healthcare/care home sectors

A strong track record managing projects valued between £2m - £10m

Experience overseeing Project Managers and Site Management teams

Excellent client-facing and leadership skills

Strong commercial awareness and programme management capability

A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work autonomously

£80,000 - £90,000 basic salary
