This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional education environment while developing valuable skills in sales, marketing, and business administration.
The Role
As a Sales & Marketing Apprentice, you will support our admissions, sales, and marketing teams to help promote our courses and engage with students and agents. You’ll play a key role in driving student enrolment and supporting the college’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales & marketing team with promotional campaigns and activities
- Contact prospective students and education agents via calls, texts, and emails
- Support the admissions team with enquiries and follow-ups
- Help manage social media and online presence (where applicable)
- Assist with diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating events
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
- Maintain organised filing systems and support office administration
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and requisitions
- Arrange hospitality and onsite accommodation for visitors when needed
- Ensure office health & safety standards are maintained
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) to support daily tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above), including Maths & English
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
- Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Interest in sales, marketing, or business development
