Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

- Ensure all food preparation complies with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in menu planning and contribute ideas for new dishes or improvements.
- Manage stock levels within your section, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
- Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and training where necessary.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your work area at all times.
- Collaborate with the head chef and other team members to deliver a seamless service during busy periods.
Skills
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Previous restaurant experience is desirable, along with serving knowledge to enhance guest interactions.
