Seated Exercise Instructors - Henley (Self-Employed)

We deliver low-impact, chair-based exercise classes that make a real difference in participants’ lives.
In partnership with a nationally recognised, award-winning care provider, our sessions are structured, safe, and engaging - all from the chair.
We’re looking for an instructor who is reliable, empathetic, and confident on stage, with the ability to safely deliver exercises while keeping an eye on the group. You’ll represent a premium, health-focused brand, following pre-written programming so you can focus on what you do best: coaching and engaging participants.

You’ll need
- Level 3 Personal Training /Level 2 Fitness Instructor + Chair-Based Exercise qualification
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Valid Professional Insurance
- Full & up-to-date DBS check
- Experience with older adults, clinical populations, or mobility limitations
- Valid music license
- Empathy, understanding and an interest in helping older people or those with mobility challenges
Strong advantage
Experience with older adults, individuals with long-term conditions, osteoporosis, or neuro/rehab populations
Pay: From £20 per class, based on experience and class popularity
