To deliver excellent guest service by supporting both front desk and food & beverage operations, ensuring smooth daily running of the hotel and an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
Reception:
- Welcome guests and handle check-in/check-out efficiently.
- Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries.
- Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
- Maintain a professional and tidy reception area.
Food & Beverage:
- Assist with lunch, bar or lounge service as required.
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and maintain cleanliness.
- Follow all food hygiene and safety standards.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Previous hotel or F&B experience preferred.
- Basic cash handling skills.
Pay: £12.71 per hour
