Evolution Branded Clothing are recruiting for x2 full-time Production Operatives to join their team in a busy branded clothing production facility.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, commitment to producing high-quality work and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Previous experience with Tajima embroidery machines and/or garment printing is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preparation of garments pre-branding
- Apply transfers to garments with use of a heat press whilst strictly adhering to the proofs provided
- Set up of Roland Vinyl Cutter and apply to garments
- Use of cap & mug presses as required
- Fold, check and pack orders ready for despatch
- Arrange couriers in a timely-fashion, ensuring orders are sent out as per scheduled dates
- Operate three Tajima 4-head embroidery machines and one single head machine efficiently and with precision
- Load designs, threads, and materials into the machines.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed.
- Perform quality checks to ensure the highest standard.
- Assist with the maintenance and cleaning of the embroidery machines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Working hours are 0800hrs-1600hrs, 5 days a week. Flexible working hours may be accommodated when it suits the needs of the company.
- Overtime and weekends may be required.
