We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and speciality drinks, adhering to company standards
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Serve customers efficiently with a friendly attitude, taking orders accurately and handling payments using the POS system
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches or snacks as required
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and customer areas throughout shifts
- Manage stock levels, restocking supplies as needed to ensure smooth service
- Handle multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed of service
- Uphold health and safety regulations in accordance with food safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience essential;
- Latte art
- Knowledge of food safety practice's is essential
- Experience in serving or customer-facing roles
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
- Organised with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
