We are seeking reliable and professional Contact Supervisors and Welfare Officers to support families, children, young people and adults through supervised contact sessions in the community and welfare visits in the home, within Slough, Maidenhead, Windsor and Reading.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervise contact sessions in the community.
- Carry out welfare visits in the home.
- Ensure visits and sessions are safe and professionally managed.
- Monitor interactions and provide support where required.
- Maintain professional boundaries at all times.
- Complete clear and accurate session reports.
- Record and report any concerns, incidents or safeguarding issues.
- Follow safeguarding procedures and organisational policies.
- Communicate professionally with families, staff and senior management.
Requirements:
- Full UK drivers license and access to a car
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compile clear, accurate and professional reports suitable for court proceedings.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but full training will be provided.
Pay: From £12.71 per hour
