Our Cossham Gardens service is home to twenty adults with physical disabilities. Our service feels like family – relaxed, supportive, and centred around the people who live here. Every day brings new moments to celebrate: from small wins in independence to big laughs over mealtimes.
Your working hours
We offer occasional hours.
You’ll need to be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness.
Typical shifts may include:

Day shifts: 7:30am - 8pm, 7:30am - 2pm, 1:30pm - 8pm

Night shifts: 7:30pm - 8am (As required)

Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
What you’ll do

Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans

Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff

Administer and manage medicines safely

Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice

Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes

Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice

Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies

Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
Whether you’re newly qualified or have years of experience, you’ll receive full induction, training, and ongoing professional development.
