Role: Software Support Specialist
Location: Dundee (Hybrid)
Grade: 10
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Provide software support to NCR’s financial Self-Service software products

Maintaining ownership of software support investigations, debugging to product and component/configuration level, this can include recreating in a lab environment when necessary

Coordinate communications between all relevant teams as part of that support investigation

Understanding and driving customer-focused requirements to provide a satisfactory solution to the reporting technical team

Managing multiple support incidents of varying complexity and stages of investigation at any given time with the principle focus of customer satisfaction in mind

Create knowledge articles within NCR’s Knowledge Base
REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for this role the candidate must possess the following level of education and experience –

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
-
3+ Years of experience in software support or a related field
-
Knowledge of McAfee ePO, Encryption and Endpoint Security Solution

Knowledge on SQL Server or any other database
-
Knowledge of AD, Load balancer
-
Strong problem-solving skills
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Knowledge on ATM solution is a plus
