Mobile Area Supervisor – Construction & Commercial Cleaning

A role that is more than just cleaning
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Area Supervisor to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on role involving the supervision of cleaning teams, managing cleaning activities, and carrying out cleaning duties yourself when required. The role will cover a variety of construction cleans, builders clean, handover cleans, and commercial cleaning contracts across the UK.
Based in Peterborough, you will travel to sites nationwide and must be willing to stay away from home when required. Flexibility is essential as working hours and locations may vary depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and supporting cleaning teams across multiple sites
- Carrying out cleaning duties and maintaining high standards of work
- Managing construction and commercial cleaning projects
- Completing site visits, quality checks, and client updates
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and meets company and client standards
- Supporting the training and development of cleaning operatives
- Completing site reports and required documentation
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous cleaning industry experience
- Has experience with construction cleaning, commercial cleaning, or similar environments
- Are confident supervising teams but also happy to work hands-on
- Understands the importance of health & safety
- Is reliable, organised, and able to work independently
- Has a full UK driving licence
- Holds a CSCS card (or is willing to obtain one with company support)
