Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and specialised facilities, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising surfaces, and waste disposal.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently within scheduled timeframes to meet organisational standards.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, paper products, and cleaning materials as needed to ensure continuous availability.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times during cleaning activities.
- Follow organisational procedures for security and confidentiality when handling sensitive areas or information.
Requirements
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision whilst managing time effectively.
- Good organisational skills to prioritise tasks efficiently throughout the shift.
- Physical capability to perform cleaning duties which may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- A positive attitude and professional approach when interacting with colleagues and clients.
- Flexibility to work during scheduled hours, with an understanding of the importance of punctuality and reliability.
