King William IV
The King William IV boasts a high street location in the Centre of Cottingham, an affluent village on the outskirts of Hull. Cottingham is the largest Village in England and is more of a Suburb of Hull.
The pub comprises of a 2 room operation with bar and lounge areas as well as a good sized function room with stone flooring. To the outside, there is a large outdoor drinking space to the side and rear of the Pub.
The King William currently trades at an average of £8,400 per week, with a sales mix of 80:20 in favour of wet sales. This pub provides the perfect platform for growth by maximising the reasonably sized kitchen to drive further food sales.
We're looking for an experienced operator with a track record of offering a good level of home-cooked food. Someone who is keen to engage with the local community and make the pub the heart of the village.
What’s in it for you?
- 20% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT.
- Keep 100% of the food sales.
- Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost. (*deposits can vary dependant on business – ask us for more details*)
- Accommodation included with most bills covered, except the council tax & TV License.
