JENKI is a fast-growing, people-first brand bringing the joy of matcha to London. We’re building something exciting, opening new locations across the city and we’re looking for a Manager to lead our newest openings across central London.

As Bar Manager, you’ll lead from the front - inspiring your team, shaping culture, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You’ll take ownership of the store’s operations, team development, and performance, making sure everything runs smoothly and feels unmistakably JENKI.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver warm, genuine hospitality every day
- Take full ownership of the store’s performance — from service flow and product quality to stock, labour, and reporting
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team that shares your passion for people and great service
- Create a fun, positive, and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive
- Maintain exceptional standards in quality, presentation, and consistency
- Drive sales and performance through great leadership, engagement, and attention to detail
- Be the heartbeat of the store - setting the tone and leading by example on every shift
Who you are:
- A confident and natural leader with experience managing a high-volume hospitality or retail site
- Passionate about people - you love coaching, developing, and celebrating your team’s success
- Organised and hands-on, balancing people leadership with operational excellence
- Proactive and solutions-focused, with a calm approach under pressure
