Luxe Commercial Services SW Ltd is expanding, and we are looking for reliable, hardworking cleaners to join our growing construction cleaning team.
The role will involve cleaning newly built properties at different stages of completion, including builders’ cleans, sparkle cleans and final handover cleans.
Duties may include:
- Removing dust, paint splashes, stickers and building residue• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors and internal surfaces• Preparing properties to a high standard for inspection and handover• Using professional cleaning products and equipment• Following site health and safety procedures• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet deadlines
What we’re looking for:
- Previous construction-site, builders’ or sparkle-cleaning experience is preferred• A strong eye for detail• Reliable, punctual and able to work at a good pace• Comfortable with physical work• Able to travel to different sites• CSCS card preferred, or willingness to obtain one• Driving licence and access to transport would be an advantage
Pay: £13.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience and level of responsibility.
Hours: Flexible hours offered initially, depending on available contracts and site requirements. There is potential for regular hours and a permanent position as the team and workload grow.
Location: Plymouth, Newton Abbot and surrounding areas across the South West.
