Hours: 41.25 hours per week over 5 days. Will be a mix of early, day and late shift work. Will include Saturdays.
Shift Pattern:
This role includes a mixture of early, daytime, and late shifts, with the earliest start time being 5am and the latest finish 9:00pm. Saturday working is required.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Store Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our store and help deliver an excellent shopping experience for our customers.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high retail standards, supporting the team, and ensuring the store is well-presented and efficiently operated.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the store
- Supervising and supporting colleagues during shifts
- Providing excellent customer service
- Opening and closing the store as required
- Operating tills and handling cash accurately
- Cashing up and completing relevant paperwork
- Ensuring shelves and displays are well stocked and presented
- Dealing with customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting and coordinating breaks and daily staff duties
- Ensuring store procedures are followed correctly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Following company Health & Safety, security and loss-prevention procedures
- Supporting management with the smooth and efficient running of the store
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, approachable attitude with a strong focus on customer service
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, flexible, and willing to work a variety of shifts
- Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential
- Applicants must be aged 18 or over
