Work & Health Coach Team Lead – Work Well Programme

Work Well is a countywide programme supporting people with health‑related barriers to gain, remain in or return to work. We deliver joined‑up health, wellbeing and employment support across Northamptonshire, ensuring people receive the right help at the right time.
GPA are recruiting three full‑time Work & Health Coach Team Leads to provide leadership, line management and operational oversight across our coaching team.
In this role, you'll:
- guide and support coaches to deliver high‑quality, person‑centred practice, monitor performance and data, and drive continuous improvement across the service
- retain a small caseload, ensuring you remain connected to frontline delivery and able to provide specialist support where needed.
This role is ideal for an experienced people leader who enjoys developing others, strengthening partnerships and shaping impactful services.

Pay: £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
