Our Perth team
During your 12 month program, you will work closely with either of our Perth Partners, Jonathan Wyatt, or Alen Sinanovic, along with our wider team of senior lawyers, based in our friendly, close-knit Perth office.
Jonathan has over 25 years' experience in insurance and marine matters and is qualified in Australia, Hong Kong and England & Wales. He has wide international experience across multiple jurisdictions including handling cases in the High Court of Australia, Federal Court of Australia and Supreme Court of WA.
Alen specialises in insurance litigation relating to professional indemnity, directors' and officers', property and employment practices liability claims. He is recognised by clients for his technical expertise and commercial approach in contentious matters across State and federal jurisdictions.

Eligibility to apply
To be considered for our graduate program, you must be completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or a Juris Doctor (JD), and hold permanent Australian working rights. This program is for students in their final year of study in 2026 who will have their law degree conferred by February 2027, or recent graduates not yet practising.
