We are looking for a chef at The Wardrobe, we serve modern British pub food 6 days a week. Would need to be available to work evenings and weekends but will get a full weekend off every month. Usual skills required, ability to work in a busy environment, good hygiene, diligent on health and safety/legal documents, eye for detail and passion for cooking fresh food. We make all sauces and dishes in house. Main tasks involve prep, service, closedown; small team so willingness to cover all areas. Can have an input creatively with menus, supper clubs & one off evenings. £13.50ph starting rate.
