Job Title: Clubhouse Cook
Location: Members Golf Club – Stock Brook Manor
Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off (11:00am–9:00pm – Hours May Vary in Summer)
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Clubhouse Cook to join our busy Members’ Golf Clubhouse kitchen team at Stock Brook Manor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate cook who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food to our valued members.
The Role
Working on a 4 on / 4 off rota, you will be responsible for preparing and serving fresh, well-presented dishes for our busy clubhouse restaurant and bar. Shifts are currently 11am–9pm, with some variation during the summer season in line with golf events and peak trading periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a cook in a busy kitchen environment
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and team-focused
- Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)
