Park Street Dental Practice is a long-established practice that has proudly served the local community since 1935 and is now under new ownership with exciting plans for growth and continued investment.
We are looking for an Associate Dentist to take over an established patient list with proven earning potential and opportunities for further development.
The Opportunity
- Self-employed Associate Dentist position
- Established Denplan and Fee-Per-Item patient list
- Optional small NHS commitment available if desired
- Surgery availability on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Successful candidate required to work any two of these three days initially
- Scope to increase sessions and add further days as the practice continues to grow
The successful candidate will be taking over an established and productive patient list with proven historical associate earnings of approximately £12,000 per month from a three-day working week. With continued growth in private dentistry, strong uptake of clear aligner treatment and a steady stream of 20–30 new patient enquiries each week, there is significant scope to further develop the role and increase earnings.

Clinical Development
Our Principal Dentist has advanced skills in Oral Surgery and Dental Implants, with mentoring available for associates wishing to develop in these areas.
We have recently introduced clear aligner therapy and are seeing strong patient uptake, creating excellent opportunities for private treatment growth.
Candidate Requirements
We are ideally seeking a dentist who:
- Has completed Foundation Training (or equivalent)
- Has at least one additional year of experience in general practice
- Is confident providing high-quality general dentistry
- Has excellent communication and patient care skills
- Is looking for a long-term opportunity within a supportive team
