We are a small, supportive female team of clinicians and administrators. We are looking for a professional and personable Concierge who shares our values and is passionate about improving patient experience.
You will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring that they feel welcomed and at ease when they arrive at the clinic.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:

- Professional, calm and discreet in all situations.
- Self-starting, able to take initiative and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries, in-person and via phone and online.
- Motivated to build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients and external contractors.
- Highly experienced in delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and thriving in a team environment.
- Proficient in using computer systems and applications.
- Trained in handling sensitive, confidential information according to data protection and GDPR legislation.
Duties
- Open clinic in the mornings, ensure main areas are clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival.
- Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Manage bookings and clinic calendar.
- Handle client complaints or concerns professionally, aiming for swift resolution.
- Assist with administrative tasks including keeping medical records up-to-date, sending client questionnaires and chasing invoices.
Pay: From £13.45 per hour
