Duties
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage fleet stock, service & repairs
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Type, format, and proofread documents as needed
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Utilize Google Drive and other computerized systems to complete tasks
- Provide general clerical support such as filing, scanning, and photocopying
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Experience
- Proven experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accurate proof reading skills
- Proficiency in using Google Drive (Excel, Word & Power Point) and other computerized systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
