Hours:
7:15-9am Breakfast Club
3pm - 6pm Afterschool club
+ Weekly Team Training (optional morning club sessions available)
- School Holidays: 35+ hours per week available, with the potential for overtime
Pay
- Hourly pay: £12.75+ (Based on performance & role)
Preferred requirements for the role
- Passionate about this line of work
- Ideally a Level 3 in childcare or QTS
Responsibilities of the role
- Working at our before and afterschool clubs, delivery activities such as arts & crafts, den building, laser tag, remote control cars, mindfulness. While also support with breakfast and snacks.
- Working with our company values in mind
- Ensure the safety of children during wraparound and lunch time sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate sessions
Experience:
- Previous experience in childcare or relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with young people
- Strong organizational skills to plan and manage sessions.
- Patience, resilience, and adaptability when working with young children.
