We are a Laindon based construction company, covering the Essex and East London area, carrying out property maintenance, insurances claims and various commercial project works.
We are looking to take on reliable and trustworthy self-employed Multi-skilled tradesmen teams, with a biased towards one of the main trades to work within our friendly team. You will need your own van and tools. Small contracting companies would also fit into our network of contractors, if all trades are covered and considerable quantities of work could be given. Work is distributed across teams on a fixed price basis per job.
Job role includes:
It is not essential that you are competent in all of the following trades, however, experience in one or more is required:
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Plastering
- Tiling
- Floor laying
- Basic plumbing
Skills/ Knowledge:
- Experienced at working in occupied properties
- Able to take responsibility for getting a job completed unsupervised
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
- Enthusiastic
- Reliable
Salary based on experience and qualifications
