We are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team at our Worksop facility. This is a front-line role providing IT support across the business, ensuring the day-to-day effectiveness of IT services and meeting SLA targets. Youll work closely with colleagues and managers to deliver high-quality IT support both on-site and remotely.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and in person

Respond to and resolve incidents and service requests within SLA targets

Take ownership of user issues and ensure proactive communication

Support Microsoft technologies including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Intune

Assist with Active Directory and Azure AD queries

Manage onboarding processes for new starters and IT housekeeping tasks

Document solutions and contribute to process improvements

Participate in training and continuous development opportunities
Essential:
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Minimum 12 months experience supporting IT endpoints and networks

Experience with Windows Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, FreshService, Zendesk)

Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively

Full UK driving licence and own transport
Desirable:

ITIL framework experience

Experience producing and updating IT documentation
