Martino's Restaurant is looking for a skilled, passionate and organised Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade.
As Chef de Partie, you will assist the senior kitchen team in the preparation of dishes according to company standards while supporting junior kitchen team members to ensure efficient food preparation and service delivery. We are looking for someone who takes pride in consistency, quality and teamwork, and who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the mise en place requirements within your section, maintaining sufficient levels to ensure an uninterrupted flow of food during service while controlling food quality, consistency, presentation and taste.
- Take an active approach to your own development, becoming fully familiar with all sections of the kitchen.
- Assist in checking incoming deliveries against order sheets and quality specifications, ensuring products are stored correctly while monitoring wastage.
- Carry out daily checks to ensure all storage areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ensure all food is prepared consistently in line with company recipes and standards while monitoring the daily work of junior kitchen team members.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of all workstations in accordance with Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations.
- Support and coach new Commis Chefs and Demi Chefs throughout their onboarding, providing ongoing training and development in food preparation and service standards.
- Assist in building an efficient, motivated kitchen team by taking an active interest in the welfare, safety and development of colleagues.
