Duties
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community centre, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all activities and services
- Manage staff schedules, supervise team members, and provide training to uphold high standards of guest services and safety
- Coordinate and promote a variety of programs, events, and activities that cater to diverse community interests
- Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep to create a welcoming environment for visitors
- Foster positive relationships with community organizations, local groups, and stakeholders to encourage collaboration and participation
- Handle inquiries from visitors, resolve issues promptly, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times
- Monitor budgets, manage supplies, and oversee administrative tasks related to centre operations
Skills
- Proven experience in management or supervisory roles within private or community service settings
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse team
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with visitors, staff, and community partners
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding guest services with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of facility management practices, health & safety regulations, and event planning

Pay: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
