Are you an experienced cleaner looking for flexible work around Oxford?
Christina’s Cleaners is looking for reliable domestic cleaners to provide high-quality cleaning services in private homes across Oxford and surrounding areas.
You’ll work on a self-employed basis, with the flexibility to manage your availability and accept suitable bookings through our mobile app. We take care of client bookings and administration, allowing you to focus on the cleaning itself.
What you can expect
- £14–£16 per hour, depending on the type of cleaning service
- Access to regular client bookings, subject to your availability and client demand
- Morning bookings typically starting from 9:00 AM

Hours and availability
This is flexible self-employed work rather than a guaranteed-hours position.
Cleaners typically work around 5–30 hours per week, depending on their availability, the bookings they choose to accept and client demand.
As you continue working with us, there may be opportunities to take on regular clients and gradually build your schedule.
What the role involves
You’ll visit private homes in Oxford and nearby areas to carry out domestic cleaning services.
Typical duties may include:
- General household cleaning
- Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Following client-specific cleaning instructions and checklists
- Maintaining a professional and respectful approach in clients’ homes
What we’re looking for
You should have:
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience, such as domestic cleaning, housekeeping, hotel or Airbnb cleaning
- A reliable and punctual approach
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence working independently
- Ability to travel between client properties by car or public transport
- Right to work in the UK
- Willingness to work on a self-employed basis
