What You’ll Be Doing – Employed 15 Hours
- Engage & Grow – Generate leads through referrals, floor walks and outreach.

- First Impressions Matter – Conduct effective inductions and gym tours.
- Member Experience – Maintain gym cleanliness, ensure equipment is in top condition and uphold high service standards.
- Social Media – Create content and engage with the gym’s social platforms.
- Boost the Gym’s Reputation – Contribute to positive Google reviews and member feedback.
Who We’re Looking For
- Level 3 Personal Trainer; CIMSPA registration preferred.
- Driven, self-motivated and passionate about fitness.
