What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading your pharmacy team to exceed targets and deliver exceptional patient care
- Managing stock, operations, and GPhC (PSNI) standards
- Driving commercial success and ensuring compliance
- Delivering and developing pharmacy and healthcare services to meet the needs of your local community
- Using your clinical expertise to support patients with a wide range of healthcare needs
- Receiving direct support from your Regional Healthcare Manager
- Playing a key role in shaping the future of Superdrug’s healthcare offering
- GPhC registered pharmacists
- Community pharmacy experience preferred
- Independent Prescriber qualification welcomed but not essential
- Newly qualified pharmacists are encouraged to apply
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Commercial awareness and understanding of NHS pharmacy funding
