Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a lively, welcoming manner to understand their beauty needs and preferences
- Provide expert guidance on Lancome’s skincare, makeup, and fragrance products to enhance customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate product features and application techniques to educate clients and encourage product use
- Upsell complementary products by highlighting benefits aligned with customer desires to increase sales
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and promoting store events or promotions
- Maintain organised merchandising displays throughout the store & responsible for ordering other brands within the shop.
- Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about products, services, or store hours with excellent etiquette
Requirements
- Multilingual skills are highly desirable; fluency in English plus Spanish or other languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills to connect confidently with diverse customers and team members
- Experience managing social media accounts or creating digital content is preferred
- Bilingual abilities to serve a broader client base effectively
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining product displays and inventory records
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and upselling effectively
- Effective time management to balance customer service with merchandising tasks
- Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional communication over the phone or via messaging platforms
- Ability to perform basic merchandising tasks to keep the store visually appealing and aligned with brand standards
