OnlyAirsoft – Thetford, Norfolk
We’re looking for a new member of staff to join the team at OnlyAirsoft.
If you’re passionate about airsoft, enjoy dealing with customers and have good product knowledge, we’d like to hear from you.
THE ROLE
Working in our Thetford store, your duties will include:
- Serving and advising customers
- Helping customers choose the right airsoft replicas, equipment and accessories
- Processing shop and online orders
- Receiving, checking and putting away stock
- Keeping the shop organised and well presented
- Helping with product listings and general website tasks
- Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Assisting with our in-store shooting range
- General day-to-day retail duties
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has a genuine interest in airsoft
- Has good knowledge of airsoft replicas and equipment
- Is friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Is reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a small team
- Has good basic computer skills
- Is willing to learn and develop their product knowledge
- Can work independently when required
Knowledge of AEG, GBB, HPA, upgrades and airsoft maintenance would be a big advantage.
Previous retail experience would be useful, but airsoft knowledge and the right attitude are equally important.
