Frontline Security 24/7 Ltd is currently seeking control room operators to join our team in our CCTV Monitoring Centre in Morley, West Yorkshire.
Successful candidate will be pre-employment screened to BS7858. All applicants must live within travelling distance of Morley, West Yorkshire and should ideally have their own transport.
Responsibilities and Duties
The operator will be responsible for effective monitoring of CCTV activations and Intruder alarm calls from the Alarm Receiving Centre.
This person will ensure that all service delivery is maintained and exceeded to maximise customer satisfaction.
The rota is based on a scheduled shift pattern which can be mornings, evenings or nights.
We are looking for local staff close to Morley, West Yorkshire, who can demonstrate attention to detail, autonomy to work unsupervised, great customer service skills and the ability to work inside a secure environment.
The post will involve liaising with customers, our clients and the Police services across the UK.
