THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Driver / Warehouse Technician to join our UK operations team in London. This is a varied hybrid role combining warehouse operations, delivery driving, and event support within a fast-paced global event technology business.
You will play a key role in preparing, delivering, and supporting event technology equipment for high-profile events and clients across the UK. Working closely with warehouse, logistics, and operations teams, you’ll help ensure all equipment is delivered accurately, safely, and on time.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Picking, packing, testing, and preparing event technology equipment
- Loading, unloading, and transporting equipment safely to client sites
- Completing local deliveries and collections across London and the UK, and Europe
- Supporting warehouse organisation, stock control, and inventory checks
- Assisting with event setup, troubleshooting, and breakdown when required
- Maintaining accurate records and following delivery procedures
- Ensuring health & safety and quality standards are always met
- Providing professional onsite support to clients and event teams
- Working flexibly during busy event periods and peak operational times

- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, delivery driving, or operational support
- A full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
- A valid passport
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confidence handling valuable or sensitive equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Basic IT literacy and confidence using handheld or inventory systems
- A proactive, reliable, and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Event or technology experience would be advantageous but not essential
