Assistant Manager – Full-Time
Starting Salary: £25,481 PA (salary is scaled)
We have an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to be an integral member of the Management Team at The Cheshire County Sports Club.
With its fantastic reputation, The Cheshire has a growing membership base due to its ground floor fitness suite and fitness class programme, social function facilities including a Clubhouse, meeting/conference rooms, cafe and a variety of indoor and outdoor excellent sporting facilities including two full size 3G pitches. At the hub of the local community, you will enjoy leading the team to provide the best service possible and bringing your energy, passion, ideas and drive to the business.
Complementing the skills and commitment of existing staff, you’ll help to deliver excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing in a Leisure Centre/establishment, have the ability to coordinate a busy department whilst leading by example, have excellent communication skills and an ability to work under pressure (whilst hopefully still having fun!).
As a strong manager, your vision, skills and experience will ensure our Fitness Department and general operation continues to be innovative and evolve as a successful part of our business.
The successful candidate will be expected to drive forward this key area of the business with a hands on approach, continuing our strong customer service values whilst developing and growing usage through new ideas, initiatives and partnership working, in addition to your natural skills and ideas.
