Deliver therapy that reaches CYP early — from wherever you are
At NXG Thrive, we deliver early-intervention mental health and wellbeing support to children and young people (ages 11 - 19), working together with schools, local authorities and community services. Our aim is simple: reach young people early, build their emotional resilience, and stop small struggles from becoming lasting distress, disengagement or exclusion.
You'll be the clinical heart of our model: assessing Children and young people, providing NICE-aligned, trauma-informed therapy and holding clinical risk with confidence — all delivered securely on site or online.

- Delivering 1-to-1 in person therapy within your modality and scope of practice.
- Assessing and managing clinical risk, creating safety plans and escalating to GP, CAMHS or crisis services when needed.
- Acting decisively on safeguarding, alongside our Designated Safeguarding Lead.
- Keeping accurate, timely clinical records, risk assessments and outcome measures on our secure systems.
- Working within UK GDPR and strict confidentiality and knowing when risk overrides it.

(BACP, UKCP, HCPC, BABCP, NCPS or equivalent).
- Real experience of 1 - to - 1 work with CYP
- Strong clinical risk and safeguarding judgement.
- Confidence delivering therapy in person and holding the therapeutic frame
